DOG 2023 Poster Price

José Hurst & Chiara Seiz (both AG Schnichels) won the poster prize at the DOG 2023

A successful DOG congress for the Schnichels Lab of the Center for Ophthalmology in Tübingen :

  1. José Hurst won the poster prize with a presentation on neuroprotective aptamer in a porcine retinal ex vivo stress model "Aptamer basierte Neuroprotektion bei oxidativem Stress in der Retina"
  2. Chiara Seiz also won a poster prize with the results from her thesis, which was partially funded by a stipend from the DOG - Deutsche Ophthalmologische Gesellschaft. Her presentation was on Supercharged unfolded proteins (SUPs) as periocular drug carriers "Supercharged unfolded proteins (SUPs) als periokuläre Medikamententräger"
