The Institute for Ophthalmic Research contributes computing power normally used to train artificial neural networks to the Folding@Home

The Institute for Ophthalmic Research contributes computing power normally used to train artificial neural networks to the Folding@Home (https://foldingathome.org/) project to assist research around the world taking up the global fight against COVID-19. The system now achieves a speed of about 768 petaFLOPS, outperforming "IBM Summit", the fastest super computer so far, about ten times.
