Research Interests
My research goal is to develop interpretable machine learning models for the diagnosis of ophthalmic disorders. In my research project, I intend to use deep generative probabilistic modelling of retinal fundus images of the healthy population. Further I aim to extend these models to multimodal data comprising both 2D fundus images and 3D OCT scans.
My research interests include interpretable deep learning and deep generative models for medical diagnostics and adversarial machine learning.
