We apply a wide range of experimental techniques in our lab. Our analytic spectrum ranges from viability and toxicity studies to biochemical assays, immunohistochemistry and molecular biology comprising techniques like Western Blot, qRT-PCR, PCR and ELISA.

As additional molecular methods we perform bacterial culture, cloning, expression of recombinant proteins and RNAi. Thereby, we can offer a broad spectrum of laboratory methods to get a complete overview on the addressed research questions. Furthermore, we have established a technique to conduct ex-vivo OCT (see “Technology and Development” section).
