General Information
The Institute for Ophthalmic Research (IOR) in Tübingen, Germany and the Institut de la Vision (IDV) in Paris, France are two of Europe´s largest institutions in the field of vision research. Together they host the new Limits2Vision research training network to educate the next generation of European vision researchers.
PhD positions will be very soon available in the areas of genetics, information processing, and metabolism. A total of almost 20 positions are available in France and Germany, to be funded for up to 3.5 years. The researchers will be part of a large, multi-disciplinary team located at both institutions, that will regularly meet and exchange.
